Scope Out the Menu for Il Bracco, Preston Center’s Sleek New Italian Eatery

Dallas’s Italian delicacies scene got a touch larger nowadays with the opening of Il Bracco, a new Preston Center eatery that brings freshly-made pasta and greater classic dishes to the neighborhood.

The restaurant at 8416 Preston Center Plaza quietly arrived closing week, occupying a three,200 square foot area designed by Dallas structure firm Zero3Design. Warm wood ceiling panels and banquettes are paired with a marble countertop and leather-based cushions in the subtly sophisticated space, while striking chevron-patterned ground tile adds a visible assessment.

Robert Quick, CEO of the eating place institution in the back of Il Bracco and a former chef de partie at Thomas Keller’s Ad Hoc and Bouchon, is in charge of the menu, alongside chief running officer Matt Gottlieb, previously of Hillstone. Diners can stay up for classic plates like eggplant parmesan, cacio e Pepe bucatini, and porchetta, along with simple proteins like a roasted chook and broiled strip steak.

Italian effect looms huge over Il Bracco’s cocktail menu, evidenced by using cocktails like the Quattro Dita, a mixture of rye whiskey, Campari, Cynar, and vermouth. The wine list is decidedly extra international but does boast masses of bottles from Tuscany, Veneto, Piedmont, and Sardinia.
