The Sydney Fish Market Seafood Excellence Awards are returning this year, with nominations now open to retailers, suppliers, eating places, individuals, and corporations from the seafood industry across the state. The biennial awards recognize the seafood industry’s pinnacle gamers throughout 14 key categories to contribute to the national economy, professionalism, and commitment to offering high-quality seafood to nearby, countrywide, and international markets.
