Reynold Poernomo’s Koi Dessert Bar and Dining is known for creating fresh, expertly balanced dishes – from tricky, glossy parcels of dessert to artfully stacked layers of savory snacks. Now the group at Koi has undertaken a new mission: from May 28 to August 20, they will serve a unique Winter Dessert degustation menu paired with Roku Gin cocktails, matching candy flavors with the botanicals found inside the Japanese craft gin.
The 5-course menu is priced at $ sixty-five (or $90 with the paired cocktails and international wine).
